Privacy

How this site counts visits. The short version is no cookies and nothing personal.

What's counted

This site uses Umami and Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. Both are cookieless and only show totals. There are no profiles and no tracking across other sites.

They count:

  • Which pages are visited, the site that sent you here, and your rough location, device type and browser.
  • In Quali Prix: laps started and finished (and whether a lap was a personal best), share buttons pressed (a lap link or a group invite), shared links opened and which kind of link they were, groups joined, letters added to the board, and board submissions that didn't go through (with the reason).

Your letters, your lap times and anything you type are never sent to analytics.

Cookies

No cookies are set.

Stored on your device

Quali Prix keeps your best lap, your letters, your country if you pick one, and a random ID for your board entry in your browser's local storage, so the game remembers you next time. It isn't used for analytics. Forget me on the board removes your entry and clears this device.

The Quali Prix board

The board keeps your letters, your country if you pick one, and your best lap, so it can show. There are no accounts.

Quali Prix used to live at jonesai.dev. Forget me here can't reach laps you set there before the move: email ello@gluefold.gg with your letters and the circuit and we'll remove them.

Highlight clips

Quali Prix highlight clips are posted on the @gluefold social accounts. A clip of real laps can show the letters and lap times that are already on the public board. Staged clips are labelled as staged and use made-up letters. If you'd rather not appear in future clips, email ello@gluefold.gg with your letters and the circuit. Using Forget me on the board also keeps you out of future clips.
