About Quali Prix
What it is
A racing game for you and your friends. Everyone drives the same lap, and you race each other's ghosts to see who's quickest.
How to play
The car steers itself. Hold anywhere on the track to go, let go to brake. That's the only control. Your best lap stays on your device and races you as a ghost next time.
Racing your friends
- Share a lap and anyone who opens the link joins your group. Their ghosts show up as red cars, and your group gets its own board.
- Every time is checked by the server, which drives your button presses again with the same physics. A time that doesn't add up doesn't count.
- It works on phones and computers. Nothing to download, no account, no sign-up.
This week: Austin
This week's lap is Austin. The hills come from real height data for the circuit, so they're in your lap too.
Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Nothing to download and no account to make.
How do I play on a phone?
Hold your phone upright, then hold anywhere on the track to go and let go to brake.
How do groups work?
Share your lap. Anyone who opens the link joins your group, races your ghost and shows up on your group's board. If a group is full, you still race the person who shared it.
Can people fake a time?
Not easily. The server replays every lap from its button presses before it goes on the board, so the board shows what the car actually did.
